A snowdrop walk at the local Palladian style Hall. A pleasant 2 hour ramble.
Tiptoe through the Galanthus nivalis with me.
One flower in close up. Doodie gloves, eh? : )
Beautiful markings. Larger than average flower but not N. giganteum.
An extended swathe of flowers. So many, it looks like it's snowed. A fellow walker, for scale. (There's always one who won't move, isn't there... *shakes head*)
I liked this tumble-down bothy attached onto the old brick garden wall. I assumed it was a tool store or potting shed. Guess what...
Looking in through the (missing) arched window... T'is the cac-hus! An old two-man privy! And yes, the building is being restored.
I'm not quite sure what this flowering tree is but it's a very pretty harbinger of Spring. Cherry or almond, I'd guess.
