It's a recurrent problem that rears its head under certain conditions and it knocked me sideways from early yesterday. I tried some EFT and that helped but not enough that I avoided seeking relief in allopathic pathways. Today I have much lassitude and the feeling that someone shoved a brick under my ribs when I wasn't looking.
I'm going to snuggle under my blankie and sip pomegranate juice. And I had a lovely post ready for yesterday only LJ wouldn't display it properly and didn't retain my edits so I deleted it in a huff, which is a small three-wheeled vehicle.
