21 Feb 2009 04:16 pmNot having a wong-eared wascally wabbit awound--I mean, around to make off with my carrot surplus, I resorted to my cook books. This recipe comes from Barbara Maher's book 'Ultimate Cake'. I have to say that I found the instructions a tad confusing and I made a complete cock-up of it the first time although the result was still edible, and that I substitute ground coriander where the recipe stipulates cinnamon. (Dislike cinnamon fairly averagely intensely)
